Lasting Power of Attorney
$80 nett
The LPA is a legal instrument which allows you to appoint one or more persons to make decisions and act on your behalf should you lose mental capacity. A donee can be appointed to act in the two broad areas of "personal welfare" and "property & affairs" matters. We are qualified to issue LPA Certificates for the purpose of registering LPAs with the Office of the Public Guardian which is the only way for an LPA to be legally valid in Singapore. (Note: You do not need a Will to execute an LPA)
Bronze Wills Package
$495 nett
Our most popular package, the Bronze Wills Package comprises a detailed interview to discuss your intentions before your Will is drafted. A second meeting will then be scheduled to explain all the clauses of your draft Will to you. A professionally drafted Will, along with two certified true copies, will be provided to you upon execution of your Will. This package includes an optional LPA at no extra charge.
Silver Wills Package
$795 nett
All the benefits of the Bronze Wills Package, including an optional Lasting Power of Attorney, as well as up to 3 revisions (changes) to your Will within a period of 1 year from the date of Execution.
Gold Wills Package
$1,285 nett
All the benefits of the Bronze Wills Package, including an optional Lasting Power of Attorney, as well as up to 5 revisions (changes) to your Will within a period of 2 years from the date of Execution.
Premium Wills & LPA Service
Platinum Wills Package

All the benefits of the Bronze Wills Package, including an optional Lasting Power of Attorney, as well as unlimited* revisions (changes) to your Will within a period of 5 years from the date of Execution.
