Our Transparent Fee Policy
Quality Legal Representation Doesn't Have to Break the Bank
We understand that you may be concerned about legal fees when engaging a lawyer. Don't worry. We get it - nobody likes to be shocked with an unexpected bill. With this in mind we developed the Transparent Fee Policy (TFP).
How it works
The TFP is our promise to all our clients that they will be informed up front (usually immediately after our free initial consultation) of the fees involved in resolving their case. In certain matters requiring Court attendances (such as Criminal matters) we will also provide you with a fixed Schedule of Fees setting out exactly how much is payable at each individual stage of the process, as well as the fees for optional services.
We Put You, the Client, in Control
While many law firms bill their fees on an hourly basis calculated at the end of the case, we believe our TFP is better, with no uncertainty of how many hours will be billed. This puts our clients in full control of their legal budget and allows them to focus on more important things.
